The Kelty Trekker is an original design that has become a Kelty classic. An external frame pack first popular among Boy Scouts, the updated version combines better technology and more creature comforts.

The pack features a ventilated suspension system with a stretch mesh back panel, padded shoulder straps and a foam hipbelt for added comfort. Different size torso lengths are easily adjustable and load-lifter straps, a sternum strap and belt stabilizers balance the overall load.

The aluminum H-frame is lightweight and strong and there are plenty of pockets for all kinds of gear. A large top-loading compartment with spindrift collar allows for more gear stacking and protection from wet weather.

A sleeping bag compartment with separate access keeps you from thrashing through all your pack contents. And the bottom shelf is perfect for strapping on a tent, pads or other gear.

Made of lightweight 600-denier ripstop, this Kelty pack provides long time use for hiking and camping enthusiasts.

Beginners may find this external frame pack to be more comfortable than more popular and expensive internal frame packs.
