Return For RepairsIf your Gregory pack suffers from calamaties not covered under the warranty, then they will provide the necessary service for a reasonable fee plus the shipping charges. When you want to make a return, first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Clean you pack and send it postage prepaid with a full description of what needs attention.
